Botanical Drawing
Learn to draw botanical specimens in a wide range of drawing media, including graphite, pen and ink, colored pencil, and watercolor pencil. We will look at the work of great botanical illustrators. This class includes excursions to the Harvard Museum of Natural History.

Now that a wide range of delicious craft beer comes in lightweight cans, you can take your favorite refreshing beverage everywhere this summer! We’ll also prepare three easy and delicious picnics to pair with the brews.

Spring Light: Photographing Boston’s Waterfront
Explore the waterfront and learn how to work photographically with spring light. Interpret and portray earth-oriented experiences, and reveal truths about the land through a combination of exercises.
Sec. 01: 2 Saturday photo sessions: May 3, 7-11am & May 10, 4-8pm. 2 Friday review sessions: May 9 & 16, 6-8:30 pm | $160

Learn which fruits are best for springtime pastries as the instructor demonstrates the baking process for seasonally-appropriate pies and tarts.
