Thrill of the Grill

Most people have fired up a grill, setting bits of charcoal or mesquite in messy piles or structured pyramids, and then depending on one’s regard for life, added a healthy dose of lighter fluid and set the stack aflame. For me, standing in front of the grill is often entertaining enough to avoid any meaningful conversation.  I know it also has the same effect for several of my guy friends, too.

This summer the Center is offering two hot courses dedicated to the flame: one on Caribbean-style BBQ and another on grilling gourmet pizzas. If you register for both courses together you get a small discount.
